Midwest Health is seeking qualified candidates to join our Maintenance Team serving Senior Living Communities in the region. This full-time role performs quality repairs, remodeling, and improvement projects to keep facilities safe and comfortable.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in the Kansas City area. Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, plumbing/electrical basics, and maintaining a neat, hazard-free environment while providing 24/7

• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents, visitors, and team members with respect and dignity.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Perform carpentry, siding/gutter, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, cabinetry tasks.
• Maintain facility grounds, sidewalks, and drives free of hazards and debris.
• Provide 24-hour availability for maintenance emergencies.
