Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, or maintenance supervision.
• Experience managing budgets and personnel.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.
• CMMS/work order system experience required.
• Ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and lead daytime operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management with Regional leadership.
• Supervise plant operations teams and ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of MSAs and related appendices guiding service delivery.
• Own operational spending and support financial reporting and outcomes.
• Track KPI/SLA performance and escalate action plans when needed.
