Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA member, seeks a Healthcare Facilities Management Director for a hospital campus in Kentucky. You will lead Plant Operations & Maintenance, plan and control facilities activities, and ensure service quality under the contract.

The role requires healthcare facilities management experience, CMMS proficiency, budgeting skills, and strong knowledge of relevant codes and regulations. Collaboration with contractors and hospital staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2 years responsibility at a Director Level OR 5 years responsibility at a Director Level in engineering, maintenance or construction in healthcare.
• Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of NFPA, TJC, CMS, DNV, EPA and OSHA codes and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Plans, prioritizes, and communicates programs with hospital client and staff.
• Supervises workflow to meet facility standards and workload.
• Prepares and leads departmental budgets including energy savings programs.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies (Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, etc.).
• Supervises staff performance and conducts evaluations.
• Guides personnel in facility policies and employee relations.
• Plans and supervises construction and development of facilities.
• Reviews and approves construction plans.
• Liaisons with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
