Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Facilities Management Director for the UK King's Daughter Medical Center in Lexington, KY. You will lead Plant Operations & Maintenance, planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance in a hospital setting.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in healthcare facilities management, and proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office. A CHFM certification is preferred, with a competitive salary and a 9% annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
2+ years at director level OR 5+ years in engineering, maintenance or construction in healthcare.
Ability to read, comprehend and transmit complex instructions.
Experience in acute care hospital facilities management.

Responsibilities

Lead management of Plant Operations and Maintenance within hospital campus.
Plan, prioritize, and control contract scope and activities.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets including utilities savings.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, health dept, EPA and other regulations.
Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
