Job summary

OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Director to lead safe, reliable facilities operations across 19 locations and three mobile units.

Reporting to the CAO, you will develop long-range plans, set standards, oversee maintenance, and manage multiple capital projects. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Risk Management teams; supervise staff and contractors; ensure regulatory readiness and energy efficiency, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in facilities with multi-site leadership; healthcare or nonprofit background preferred.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, emergency response, and capital planning across locations.
• Renovations or construction project leadership with budget oversight.
• Knowledge of safety, permitting, and regulatory requirements in healthcare settings.
• Experience with LIHTC, Section 8, or affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, variance analysis, bid evaluation, and life-cycle cost skills.
• Proficient in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multiyear facilities plan addressing condition, life cycles, capacity, and growth.
• Establish consistent facilities standards across locations and units.
• Oversee daily maintenance from work intake to completion and to vendor coordination.
• Act as liaison to property management and document responsibilities for shared systems.
• Monitor contractual performance and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance and conduct facility rounds to identify risks.
