Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Experience in Custodial Service Management for a large facility.
• Comply with regulatory requirements (JCAHO, DOH, OSHA, EOC).
• Round daily with staff to evaluate cleanliness and audits.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and dispatch of cleaning services.
• Develop training programs to meet sustainability directives.
• Inspect and audit buildings for cleaning guideline compliance.
• Manage inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies.
• Direct premises for meetings and events as needed.
