Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree and at least 3 years of Custodial Services/Housekeeping management experience in a health care setting.
• In lieu of Associate's degree, at least 4 years of Custodial Services / Housekeeping management experience in a health care setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; experience with Custodial Service Operational Software Programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Five or more years of supervisory/management experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise shift supervision, staffing assignments and tasks; ensure work is performed efficiently.
• Plan and schedule staff and cleaning services; reassign as needed for emergencies or projects.
• Conduct unit/room audits, establish corrective actions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Inspect buildings and areas for cleanliness; investigate complaints and take corrective action.
• Oversee event-related setup and staff coordination as directed by event coordinators.
• Develop training programs to meet sustainability directives and ensure staffing competencies.
