Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking a skilled Real Estate Development & Facilities professional to oversee design, procurement, construction, and closeout of facility capital projects in the Suffolk region. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of design/construction experience in a major facility setting. Autocad experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field; business administration preferred.
• Five years of design and construction experience in a major facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management of specific capital projects and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors/consultants to provide required information and maintain records.
• Prepare contract documents for bidding and manage procurement processes.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance on site.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting in tracking systems.
