Job summary

University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a Senior Healthcare Executive Recruiter to lead senior level, executive, and physician leadership searches across the organization. You will partner with academic, clinical, physician, and executive leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines and drive strategic hiring.

This full-time, hybrid role focuses on talent strategy, market insights, candidate assessments, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience within UC's academic health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Seven (7) years of recruiting or related experience.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute senior level/executive/provider and other critical healthcare leadership searches across assigned business units.
• Develop customized search strategies, sourcing plans, market-mapping activities, and candidate attraction approaches.
• Build and maintain pipelines of healthcare executives, physicians, clinical leaders, and specialized healthcare professionals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership regarding talent acquisition strategy, workforce trends, labor market conditions, and candidate availability.
• Provide insights regarding competitive recruiting practices, talent trends, and organizational positioning.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop position specifications, candidate profiles, and assessment criteria.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews using behavioral, competency-based, and leadership assessment methodologies.
