Zusammenfassung
Nemours Children's Health seeks an Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for executive-level positions in a hybrid role near Delaware or Florida. You will partner with senior leaders to define success profiles, build leadership pipelines, and ensure a seamless sourcing-to-onboarding experience for top pediatric leadership talent.
You will manage relationships with external executive search firms, coordinate rigorous interview processes, and negotiate offers, aligning talent strategy
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related) preferred.
- 5-10+ years executive search experience required.
- Healthcare or pediatric environments recruitment preferred.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior leadership roles within complex, highly specialized organizations.
- Strong candidate sourcing experience preferred.
- Recruiter and/or sourcing certifications or related tools preferred.
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for senior leadership roles.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design search strategy and compensation insights.
- Coordinate stakeholder interviews, assessments, and case presentations.
- Negotiate offers and manage external executive search relationships.
