Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive physicians and other executive clinical roles.
• Partner with search committees and leaders to provide strategic guidance and updates.
• Develop individualized recruitment strategies by specialty and market conditions.
• Create high-touch candidate experiences with equity and competitive positioning.
• Maintain physician talent maps and passive sourcing to build pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and offer discussions with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on HR trends, employment law, and best practices; advise leadership.
