Responsibilities

• Oversees a waste program compliant with regulations.
• Conducts quality improvement initiatives and rounds.
• Manages EVS inventory and supplies and scheduling.
• Adjusts schedules for annual and sick leave coverage.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates staffing changes.
• Ensures adherence to safety and infection control standards.
