Qualifications

• Supervise and guide environmental services staff.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure cleaning procedures meet infection prevention standards.
• Coordinate schedules for proper facility coverage.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership to departmental personnel.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Makes recommendations to improve safety and patient care.
• Monitors linen usage and reviews statistics.
• Schedules personnel for proper coverage.
• Ensures patient care units are stocked with linen.
• Inspects quality of completed work.
• Ensures equipment is tested regularly.
• Documents and reports unusual occurrences.
• Keeps orientation and in-service training records.
• Assists Director in performance evaluations.
• Performs routine cleaning per schedules.
• Cleans nurses’ stations, patient rooms, restrooms, and offices.
• Cleans and dusts furniture and equipment.
• Cleans windows, empties trash baskets, and arranges furniture and equipment.
• Vacuums and mops patient rooms and restrooms daily.
• Promotes teamwork and reports problems to the Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
