Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Environmental Services Manager for 1st shift to lead and coordinate frontline EVS operations in healthcare facilities. You will supervise housekeeping staff, manage schedules, and partner with administration to deliver exceptional patient care environments.

The role requires 4 years in support services with supervisory experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee support services operations for the department.
• Coordinate frontline associates and liaise between administration and units.
• Plan staffing schedules and ensure adequate service levels.
• Hire, train, and develop supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and report outcomes to facility management.
• Prepare monthly goals, accomplishments and future plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate external services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste management).
