Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Environmental Services Operations Manager to support EVS leaders and oversee housekeeping operations in a hospital environment. You will coordinate front-line staff tasks and serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires supervision experience in healthcare housekeeping, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Healthcare housekeeping or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments.
• Willingness to work a 10 hour day with weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff and review annually.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and plans.
