Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Operations Manager to direct and oversee support services within a healthcare setting. You will coordinate frontline staff and liaise between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

Your role includes planning work, supervising staff, facilitating hiring and training, and coordinating external services to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service field with high customer contact.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate frontline associates to meet service standards.
• Plan staffing and work areas to ensure adequate service levels.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing and training of new associates.
• Orient and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Perform regular facility inspections and implement improvements.
• Lead monthly reporting of goals and plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate effectively with staff and other departments.
• Coordinate external services ( Pest control, window cleaning, waste, etc.).
