Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to direct support services operations and coordinate frontline staff. You will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver the highest level of service.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a salary range of $53,000–$55,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and annually review procedures for all staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interview, and training of new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make recommendations to the facility.
• Provide staff education and training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, Recycling).
