The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and the ability to implement policies, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. A four-year degree and healthcare housekeeping experience are required.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree required.
• Six years housekeeping management experience in healthcare accounts preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Monitor unit expenditures and manage departmental budget within approved limits.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for departmental operations.
• Mentor staff and encourage innovation and quality leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility goals.
