Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience required.
• Ability to read and understand project plans is essential.
• Experience with design-build, CM at Risk processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely conceptual and detailed estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs of all construction systems.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for budgeting and bidding events.
• Create and monitor project estimate updates as project scope evolves.

Skills

Strong quantity take-off skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledgeable in OST, Bluebeam, VICO, Navisworks, and Revit

Ability to teach skills to others

Excellent listening skills

Education
