Highmark Health offers the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship, providing hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a healthcare setting.

As part of the Enterprise Risk Strategy team, interns will collaborate with risk professionals and business leaders on projects that strengthen risk management frameworks and governance processes, while building skills in reporting, research, and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as an undergraduate student in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to conduct research.

Responsabilités

• Support enterprise risk reporting and documentation activities.
• Research emerging risks, industry trends and risk taxonomy development.
• Maintain risk-related data and reporting tools.
• Assist with risk assessments and prepare executive-facing materials.
• Participate in strategic projects across Enterprise Risk & Governance.
