Job summary

Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship to give students hands-on exposure to enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a healthcare setting.

interns will work with risk professionals and leaders to support risk reporting, taxonomy development, and risk analytics while developing critical business and communication skills for future roles in ERM and governance.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise risk reporting and documentation.
• Research emerging risks and industry trends to inform risk assessments.
• Prepare presentations and executive-facing materials for risk governance.
