Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our logistics and field support team. You will work closely with operations and sales to ensure timely delivery and excellent hospital partner service.

The role involves driving company vehicles, loading equipment, and coordinating with local staff to meet equipment orders and maintenance needs. A high school diploma and a valid license with a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and respond to needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear a company uniform.
• Coordinate daily with local sales and team on orders, delivery, planning and support.
• Participate in business planning and development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
