Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the support services across its healthcare facilities. You will coordinate frontline associates, align operations with administrative goals, and act as a liaison between departments to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires supervisory experience in facilities or housekeeping, strong communication, and the ability to plan staffing and training.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services or related facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Strong communication skills in written and oral formats; ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Conducts monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, Recycling).
