Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee support services operations within our healthcare-focused facilities. You will coordinate frontline associates, liaise with administration, and ensure the highest levels of service are delivered across departments.

The role requires team leadership, scheduling, training, and ongoing performance monitoring, with a focus on maintaining efficient operations in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop staff while maintaining service standards.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant facilities or healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee support services operations for the department.
• Coordinate frontline associates and serve as liaison between administration and units.
• Plan staffing, interview and train new associates, and supervise supervisory staff.
• Inspect operations, report goals and progress, and implement enhancements.
• Maintain staff education, documentation, and cross-department communications.
