Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee support services and coordinate frontline staff. You will act as a liaison between administration and unit departments to provide top-tier service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment. Bachelor's degree is preferred, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-related field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orients, develops and supervises supervisory staff.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste management).
