Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join our Environmental Services Manager in Training program, a structured, paid 12-week pathway designed to develop skills in managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility.

You will gain hands-on and computer-based training, learn to supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while supporting a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Must be proficient with basic computer usage and web-based reporting.
• Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Liaise between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff and relay directives.
