Healthcare Services Group, Inc. offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training position designed to develop your ability to manage an account within a long-term care facility.

You will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care with hands-on and computer-based training during a structured 12-week program. HCSG emphasizes service to residents and communities, plus opportunities for career development and internal transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain records and complete reports (web-based reporting).
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
