TouchPoint is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Chicago to direct and oversee the department's operations, coordinate tasks of associates, and support training and development, acting as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

You will manage financial data, budgets, and unit expenditures, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while driving continuous improvement and Total Quality Management initiatives.

Qualificações

• 4 years of experience in support services or facilities-related operations and supervision.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Experience mentoring staff and driving process improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and administrative tasks.
• CRCST or sterile processing certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise department operations and staff activities.
• Coordinate housekeeping and related tasks with other departments.
• Develop and manage operating budgets within approved limits.
• Monitor expenditures and financial data for the department.
• Establish work standards, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor staff and promote quality, innovation, and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility goals.
• Read, develop, and administer Total Quality Management processes.
