Job summary

TouchPoint is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to direct and oversee the department's operations, coordinating tasks of the department associates and assisting in training and development. You will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, ensuring the highest level of service while monitoring expenditures and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

A minimum of 4 years in related services and 1+ year of supervisory experience are expected, along with

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities
