Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations across the hospital, outpatient, and residential treatment areas. You will oversee staff, scheduling, training, and quality standards to maintain a clean, safe patient environment.

Reporting to the Director of Plant Operations, you will drive performance improvements, ensure compliance with in-service requirements, and partner with Human Resources to document

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of housekeeping experience in hospital setting preferred.
• 1–3 years of related management experience or 5+ years as a team lead.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be in good standing for internal transfers.

Mansioni

• Supervise Environmental Services staff including scheduling and evaluations.
• Provide department orientation and document completion with HR.
• Perform performance improvement monitoring and problem solving.
• Complete daily housekeeping assignments.
