Havenwyck Hospital is seeking a dynamic Supv - Eng Svcs, Housekeeping to join our team. Under the Director of Plant Operations, you will supervise Environmental Services staff and ensure cleanliness across the hospital and related facilities.

You will oversee orientation, competency assessments, and performance improvements while maintaining high standards of order and safety in a challenging healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Associate degree or high school diploma/GED required.
• 5–10 years of housekeeping experience, hospital setting preferred.
• 1–3 years of related management experience or minimum of five (5) years of team leader experience.
• Must be a team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise Environmental Services staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and mandatory in-service requirements.
• Provide department orientation for new staff and document orientation using HR systems; complete competency assessments.
• Monitor performance improvement and implement problem-solving resolutions.
• Complete a housekeeping assignment daily.
