Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. seeks a healthcare analytics analyst to design, code, test, analyze and manage software programs, reports, applications, and databases in a healthcare setting.

You will research, design and modify system specifications, analyze and fix errors, and collaborate with teams to deliver KPI-driven dashboards using SQL and Power BI. Strong English communication and privacy compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in computer science or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum five years' programming experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience building reports to KPI measurements and using SQL for data extraction.
• Knowledge of dashboards and analytical tools like Power BI.
• Understanding of high-level programming and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and data privacy practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
