Job summary

Gong is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Healthcare vertical to expand our enterprise healthcare footprint. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through closing, leveraging MEDDPICC and a consultative approach to win multi-year, six-figure deals.

You will work remotely with occasional travel up to 20% to engage senior executives, develop tailored account plans, and align Gong's value proposition with customer goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years selling complex SaaS to enterprise clients in healthcare.
• Proven track record of 1M+ net new ARR and six-figure deals in complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling to C-Suite and GTM stakeholders within enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or value-based selling methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Gong.io is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory from lead generation to closing, as a trusted advisor.
• Develop tailored account plans, identify decision-makers, regional nuances, buying processes, and opportunities.
• Effectively communicate Gong's value proposition and generate excitement about our solutions.
• Refine messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts and drive new opportunities.
• Engage senior executives to educate them on the Revenue Intelligence industry and Gong's leadership.
• Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering to craft account-based strategies across go-to-market teams.
• This role is fully remote but travel to customers is up to 20%.
