Job summary

WelbeHealth in Pasadena, CA seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to enroll participants into the PACE program by building strong relationships and securing referrals. The role is part of the MOE team and supports Outreach activities to meet enrollment goals.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in sales, be bilingual (Spanish) and able to work a varied schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or health services.
• Spanish language proficiency required for community outreach and referrals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach, PR and community engagement to meet monthly referral and enrollment goals.
• Develop partnerships with physicians, hospitals and post-acute facilities as referral sources.
• Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth services and MOEE Playbook.
• Prepare and maintain reports in Salesforce, Athena and MS Office.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies; adapt to flexible hours.
