Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels effectively.
• Accustomed to substantial computer use and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department.
• Maintains working knowledge of department policies and government benefit programs.
• Monitors productivity and coaching opportunities; acts as SME for policies and procedures.
