Qualifications

• BS/Construction Management or equivalent studies/experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with an Electrical Contractor required.
• Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.
• Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to review drawings for change order pricing and material procurement.
• Estimation software a plus.
• Experience in the electrical field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the management of assigned projects including installation, performance, profitability, and value across multiple projects.
• Schedules, participates in and/or conducts project meetings.
• Manage the project, supervisors and workers per company policies.
• Collaborate with Human Resources in recruiting a qualified workforce.
• Directly responsible for planning and preparing contract administration and client relationships.
• Develop materials management and jobsite logistic plans prior to the project starting.
• Review drawings and submittals, and ensure QA/QC and safety plans are followed.
• Monitor subcontractor scope, pricing, and change orders to meet project requirements.
