Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager focused on healthcare construction projects in Charlotte, NC. The role entails leading project teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver high-quality electrical installations.

Responsibilities include pre-construction planning, subcontractor coordination, BIM/VDC oversight, material management, safety, QA/QC, and change management.

Qualifications

• BS/Construction Management or equivalent studies/experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with an Electrical Contractor.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
• Leadership skills – ability to motivate other team members.
• Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, and direct project activities and client relationships.
• Coordinate pre-construction tasks: budgeting, contracts, and procurement.
• Oversee subcontractor management, safety, QA/QC, and change orders.
• Develop material management and scheduling, and ensure compliance.
