Job summary

MEDITECH is seeking a trainer to educate clinicians and financial professionals on our Enterprise Health Record (EHR). You will lead training, install the system, and serve as the main client contact during implementation.

This hybrid role requires travel 50-75% across the United States and Canada; a degree is preferred and bilingual English/French Canadian is required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience
• Fluency in both English and French Canadian (written and verbal) is required
• No specific experience is necessary; training provided
• Preferred experience in clinical or financial areas will be favored

Responsibilities

• Project management of clinical or financial software implementation
• Lead training and installation of MEDITECH EHR
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the implementation
• Coordinate across MEDITECH applications with staff
• Provide customer service and troubleshoot software issues
• Collaborate with programmer analysts to resolve technical issues
• Participate in group projects and mentor coworkers
• Design and maintain application documentation
• Travel 50-75% within the United States and Canada
• Maintain online project tracking system
