Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in EDI enrollment or healthcare payer/provider data management.
• Familiarity with ANSI X12 healthcare EDI standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with clearinghouse portals (Availity, Change Healthcare, Office Ally).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in medical Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI enrollment processes for multiple transaction types.
• Coordinate enrollment with payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams.
• Submit enrollment forms and maintain documentation.
• Track statuses and ensure timely completion.
• Support testing and troubleshooting with vendors.
• Monitor HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff as needed.
• Improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.
