PrismHR, the leading payroll, benefits, and HR software provider for HROs, is seeking a System Support Associate to implement, modify, and maintain EDI feeds that support healthcare data exchanges. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and a strong understanding of HIPAA requirements.

You will develop and support secure data transfers via SFTP, collaborate with clients, carriers, and vendors, and help ensure data integrity and ongoing system operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI, carrier, and vendor file feeds.
• Experience in multi-state environments or with a PEO is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement, configure, and modify EDI file feeds to support business needs.
• Develop, maintain, and support EDI integrations using programming languages.
• Create, manage, and support secure data transfer connections using SFTP.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, vendors and internal teams on data exchange requirements.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of EDI feeds.
