Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a System Support Associate to implement and maintain EDI feeds supporting healthcare data exchanges. You will work with the technical team to ensure secure data transfers, HIPAA compliance, and integration with client, carrier, and vendor systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of EDI experience, strong programming skills, and familiarity with SFTP. This on-site role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI/file feeds.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data handling.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting SFTP connections.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and modify EDI file feeds to support healthcare data exchanges.
• Develop and maintain EDI integrations using programming languages.
• Create and manage secure data transfers via SFTP.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy across systems.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of EDI feeds.
