Job summary

Cobalt Benefits Group LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an EDI Implementation Analyst to coordinate the full lifecycle of healthcare EDI deployments, from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post‑production stabilization.

You will partner with clients, health plans, vendors, and internal teams to translate business requirements into accurate file solutions, analyze enrollment and claims data, validate configurations, and drive compliant data exchange.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of healthcare EDI deployment experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA X12 enrollment and claims data.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting mappings.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDI implementations from intake through post-production stabilization.
• Gather and document requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze companion guides, file layouts, and mappings.
• Create test plans and validate test files; reconcile results.
• Prepare go-live documentation and coordinate production deployment.
