You will work with physician offices, insurance providers, and internal teams to remove barriers to care and payment.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in insurance, billing, claims, or healthcare finance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with standard office software and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate clinical documentation for payer readiness.
• Collect and manage patient eligibility documents and prior authorizations.
• Resolve outstanding revenue by reconciling documentation with charges.
• Coordinate with physician offices and insurance providers to obtain missing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and private insurers.
• Generate electronic documentation requests and maintain physician databases.
