Ideal candidates have a strong background in hospital foodservice, budgeting, and team leadership, with certifications like ServSafe. This is a senior, full-time position with broad responsibilities and multiple sites to oversee.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or related field is preferred.
• 7+ years hospital or adult care foodservice experience desirable.
• P&L accountability and multi-site systems experience preferred.
• ServSafe and related certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across dining services for the healthcare system.
• Oversee patient and non-patient foodservice, sanitation, and infection control.
• Manage system budget and drive cost-effective operations at all sites.
• Visit nursing units to ensure patient care standards are met.
• Lead Directors and coaching teams to achieve objectives.
• Support quality, safety, and presentation of meals across sites.
