Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Systems Director of Dining Services to provide strategic leadership across food service operations within a healthcare system. This role oversees patient care, retail, cafeteria and catering across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of directors, manage the system budget, collaborate with clinicians and administrators, and drive continuous improvement in food quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in food services management or related field.
• Seven+ years hospital or adult care foodservice management preferred.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site foodservice operations across patient care, retail, cafeteria and catering.
• Lead system-wide foodservice strategy to meet client objectives and ensure quality and sanitation across sites.
• Manage system budget and drive cost containment without compromising service levels.
• Visit care areas to ensure patient satisfaction and staff adherence to standards.
• Lead directors within the system and foster leadership development.
• Support infection control and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
