Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead day-to-day foodservice operations for a 25-bed healthcare account in Albany, KY. You will manage a team of 8, drive client relationships, profitability, and talent development.

The role requires managing budget, developing nutritious menus with the Chef, and implementing new culinary programs in coordination with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of foodservice management experience required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community
