Morrison Healthcare in Albany, KY is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead day-to-day foodservice operations for a 25-bed healthcare account. You will manage a team of 8 employees and oversee client relationships, profitability, and talent development.

Work with the Chef and management to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals; implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams; act as liaison between company, client, and community.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of foodservice management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Financial and business acumen are important for the role.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, top-quality food for patients/students.
• Implements new culinary programs with Company marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community.
