Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to learn healthcare workflows and digital product capabilities quickly.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, monitor progress, and help ensure successful delivery of client outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects, ensuring timely execution and a high-quality customer experience.
• Partner with clients to understand program requirements, gather information, and support onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis to help drive informed decision-making and program success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and improve client outcomes.
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities within assigned projects and elevate appropriately to drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to workflows, tools, and client experiences.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing efforts to improve team effectiveness and operational consistency.
• Build expertise in digital program operations, healthcare workflows, and Datavant products to effectively support customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that support the growth and success of our digital products and programs.
