Datavant is a data collaboration platform focused on healthcare. We are seeking a Digital Operations professional to help deliver client value through implementation, execution, and support of our digital products.

You will coordinate projects, manage a portfolio of programs, onboard clients, validate data, and drive improvements in workflows with cross-functional teams across the organization. This role is ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow expertise in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields.
• 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, healthcare workflows, and digital product capabilities.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to deliver client outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects.
• Onboard clients and gather program requirements.
• Assist with data validation, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and escalate for timely resolution.
• Suggest workflow and tool improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and healthcare workflows.
• Participate in strategic initiatives that support product and program growth.
