Job summary

Datavant is seeking a details‑driven Digital Operations professional to help deliver value through implementation, execution, and support of our digital products. You will coordinate projects with cross‑functional teams and ensure successful client outcomes across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in operations or related roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and a drive to grow in healthcare technology and data‑driven programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience coordinating projects and supporting client implementations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting ability.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn healthcare workflows and digital product capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, monitor progress, and support delivery of client outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects.
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and support onboarding and implementation.
• Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate for timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements in workflows, tools, and client experiences.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and Datavant products.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
